Office Administrator/Graphic Design Assistant

 

The Office Administrator/Graphic Design Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office while also assisting with graphic design tasks. This may include:

 

• Answering and directing phone calls

• Filing and maintaining office records

• Creating and formatting documents, such as reports and presentations

• Assisting with mailings and other correspondence

• Providing customer service

• Go on coffee runs for management and office staff

• Source domestic items for installation projects

• Assisting with graphic design projects such as creating marketing materials, brochures, and flyers, and renderings for sales proposals

• Using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and procreate

• Knowledge of Canva program also a big plus but not required (you will learn on the go)

• Social media management (focused more so  September- January)

• Meeting deadlines for projects and ensuring the final product is accurate and high-quality.

• Developing and implementing a social media strategy for the company

• Creating and scheduling content for all social media platforms

• Engaging with customers and followers on social media

• Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics and making adjustments to the strategy accordingly

 

The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. They should also have experience with graphic design software and a good eye for design. Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must!

Qualifications:

• Drivers License, mobile phone and reliable transportation

• Ability to handle a physical workload and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Qualified to work in the U.S.

• Experience with the following programs:

  • ​Microsoft Office - Required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - You will not be able to succeed in this position if you are not familiar with these programs​

  • Adobe Photoshop - Required

  • ​Adobe Illustrator - Preferred 

  • ​Canva - Preferred 

  • ​Procreate - Big Plus
